The correlation and topic arrangements and organization were very logical. The 1st class was basic knobology followed by organized discussions of normal anatomy and MSUS findings, followed by a whole session devoted for pathology. The live scanning and seeing real time scanning including the monitor was the best.It was most helpful also that discussions were done from a clinician’s point of view, so that clinical application and management were also covered. The clinical pearls given re the diagnostic and interventional procedures were most appreciated. Yes. For partial tears of tendons, I will be more confident to use MSUS guided PRP injections. The in-plane needle approaches and the benefits were discussed, vs areas where out of plane approach can be used. Discussions were done when to manage and when to refer for further evaluation and management especially of defects/ tears.
