CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Aadhya Pain Management Centre, we value transparency and clarity. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and deductions are processed for our workshops, courses, and digital products.

Please read this policy carefully before registering.

1. Cancellation Timeline & Applicable Deductions

A. Cancellation Before 30 Days of the Program

  • 25% of the registration amount plus applicable GST will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
  • The remaining amount (after deduction) will be refunded.

B. Cancellation Before 15 Days of the Program

  • 50% of the registration amount plus applicable GST will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
  • The remaining amount (after deduction) will be refunded.

C. Cancellation Within 7–14 Days of the Program

  • The full amount will be forfeited.
  • No refund will be processed.

2. Subscription-Based Courses & Digital Products

Subscriptions, online modules, self-paced courses, video libraries, and any digital educational content:

  • Cannot be cancelled
  • Cannot be refunded
  • Cannot be transferred

as access to digital materials is provided immediately upon purchase.

3. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 working days, depending on the bank/payment gateway.

4. Bank Charges & Currency Conversion Fees

For all refunds:

  • Bank transfer charges
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Currency conversion charges (for international participants)

will be deducted from the final refundable amount.
These fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Misrepresentation of personal details or country of residence
  • Currency fraud (e.g., paying in INR while residing internationally)
  • Sharing login details or violating platform rules
  • Technical issues on the participant’s side (internet/device problems)
  • Missed live classes
  • Delayed attendance due to personal reasons
  • Attempting unauthorized access or content sharing
  • Failure to meet course eligibility criteria

6. Course Cancellation by Aadhya Pain Management Centre

In the rare event that the workshop/course is postponed or cancelled by us:

• Participants will be offered either a full refund
OR
• A free transfer to the next available batch

The choice will be given to the participant.

7. Policy Acceptance

By registering for any course or workshop, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • You agree to all conditions and deductions
  • You understand that digital products are non-refundable
