This Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and deductions are processed for our workshops, courses, and digital products.<\/p>\n<p>Please read this policy carefully before registering.<\/p>\n<h4>1. Cancellation Timeline &amp; Applicable Deductions<\/h4>\n<p><strong>A. Cancellation Before 30 Days of the Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25% of the registration amount plus applicable GST will be deducted as a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<li>The remaining amount (after deduction) will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>B. Cancellation Before 15 Days of the Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50% of the registration amount plus applicable GST will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<li>The remaining amount (after deduction) will be refunded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>C. Cancellation Within 7\u201314 Days of the Program<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The full amount will be forfeited.<\/li>\n<li>No refund will be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Subscription-Based Courses &amp; Digital Products<\/h4>\n<p>Subscriptions, online modules, self-paced courses, video libraries, and any digital educational content:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cannot be cancelled<\/li>\n<li>Cannot be refunded<\/li>\n<li>Cannot be transferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>as access to digital materials is provided immediately upon purchase.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Refund Method &amp; Processing Time<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.<\/li>\n<li>Refund processing time may take 7\u201314 working days, depending on the bank\/payment gateway.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4. Bank Charges &amp; Currency Conversion Fees<\/h4>\n<p>For all refunds:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bank transfer charges<\/li>\n<li>Payment gateway fees<\/li>\n<li>Currency conversion charges (for international participants)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>will be deducted from the final refundable amount.<br \/>\nThese fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable.<\/p>\n<h4>5. Non-Refundable Situations<\/h4>\n<p>Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Misrepresentation of personal details or country of residence<\/li>\n<li>Currency fraud (e.g., paying in INR while residing internationally)<\/li>\n<li>Sharing login details or violating platform rules<\/li>\n<li>Technical issues on the participant\u2019s side (internet\/device problems)<\/li>\n<li>Missed live classes<\/li>\n<li>Delayed attendance due to personal reasons<\/li>\n<li>Attempting unauthorized access or content sharing<\/li>\n<li>Failure to meet course eligibility criteria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>6. Course Cancellation by Aadhya Pain Management Centre<\/h4>\n<p>In the rare event that the workshop\/course is postponed or cancelled by us:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Participants will be offered either a full refund<br \/>\nOR<br \/>\n\u2022 A free transfer to the next available batch<\/p>\n<p>The choice will be given to the participant.<\/p>\n<h4>7. Policy Acceptance<\/h4>\n<p>By registering for any course or workshop, you acknowledge that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have read and understood this Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/li>\n<li>You agree to all conditions and deductions<\/li>\n<li>You understand that digital products are non-refundable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>8.
